Candidates view a hazy picture for 30 seconds, write a story in 4 minutes, and then perform a group discussion to narrate it.

11 clear pictures + 1 blank slide are shown. Candidates write a complete story for each slide in 4 minutes.
WAT asks candidates to write sentences on 60 words in 15 seconds each. SRT contains 60 real-life scenarios to respond to in 30 minutes.
GTO tasks are outdoor and indoor group activities to test coordination, group dynamics, practical problem-solving, and team-building skills.
Two GDs on social & international affairs. In GPE, the group has to formulate a plan to solve local/safety emergencies based on a map model.
Four stages of obstacles where the group uses ropes, planks, and wooden poles to cross bridging areas with loads.
Continuation of outdoor activities to test individual courage and leadership, along with the detailed Personal Interview by the President or Deputy President of the Board.
Candidates cross 10 obstacles (Tiger Leap, Commando Walk, etc.) within 3 minutes. In Command Task, the candidate acts as a commander with subordinates to solve a custom obstacle.
1-on-1 interview focused on Personal Information Questionnaire (PIQ) to test general awareness, academic records, family background, and values.
The final day where all assessors (President, GTO, Psychologist) sit together to discuss the candidate's performance, clear doubts, and declare the recommended list of candidates.
Candidate appears before all assessors in full uniform. Short questions about comfort, stay, and feedback are asked.
Recommended candidates list is read out. Selected candidates undergo detailed medical examinations next.
